Very drought tolerant; low salt tolerance

Small tree with attractive bright glossy green leave,

new leaves are pinkish as they unfold.

Flowers are inconspicuous and peak in late spring to summer.

Fruit is oval to nearly round ripening to black in the summer to fall.

Edible to humans.
